Meet Top Level! 

My name is Nate Mack I am a Licensed SC General Contractor and I have been immersed in the construction industry for the last 25 years. 

              I began working for the state bringing delapidated houses up to code. There I saw the worst of the worst and had to fix it up to stringent state standards. I then went to college where I got an Associates Degree in welding. Where I worked many years in  commercial construction and moved my way up to building multi-million dollar mansions. Eventually I became a jobsite superintendent and project manager. 
              After going as far as I could there, I got my General Contractors License and have been on my own ever since. 
            One thing that I learned was that I love to work on houses. Also that there is a lot of waste in this industry that can be avoided with careful planning and craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on using the greenest processes possible whenever possible. And reducing our waste. Recycling and Re-using whatever we can. We will always donate anythng that is still usable to Habitat for Humanity and volunteer with them on a regular basis.
